Our transparent review system lets you see real feedback from previous customers. Contractors with consistently low ratings are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.

Eligible, verified direct property damage from a Gig Catalyst service may be covered up to $500 per claim under our Claims & Adjudication Policy. Filing windows, evidence rules, and exclusions are published on the Protection Shield Policy page.
